My experience at this hotel was quite mixed. While the grounds were lush and beautiful, and the food options were enjoyable, the service was lacking, which made my stay frustrating at times. The rooms felt outdated, and I experienced issues with check-in that certainly overshadowed some of the nicer aspects of my visit.
